iPhone 5: Will you be getting one?

So, we kind of know now that this year will see the launch of the iPhone 5, but what can we expect, when can we expect it and most importantly, will it really be worth cashing in our iPhone 4 for something more "spectacular".

I'm guessing that we can expect a possible release date for the iPhone 5 around the september mark, or ideally just in time for Christmas 2012, a pretty good cash cow that'll be! But firstly we're all waiting in anticipation for the finalised design, spec and Apple announcement.

We could see a possible announcement of the iPhone 5 at the WWDC 2012 in June, although if a September to October release is expected is it not a little too early for Apple to be announcing it, what with their fast turnaround, will Apple wait 4 months to release the new iPhone?

Of course specs will be upgraded across the board, larger screen, better camera, upgraded RAM, bigger processor etc. But I seem to be sceptic of a re-design, I mean I quite like the current design of the iPhone 4, its unique. If there's a major re-design I do hope it pleases the majority of us.

As of needing it, we don't. We can survive with our iPhone 4, well for about another year or so, then we shall have to upgrade, due to that tech becoming obsolete. But I'm sure Apple Fanboys will be out in their masses on launch day, queuing for that next "must have" from Apple.
